Domestic orders will be packed and shipped by the next business day, pending verification of order information. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday – Friday – contact BLUESPRING Customer Care to confirm that your order will process the same day.

To ensure fast and efficient shipping, all orders are packaged and shipped from our centrally-located headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

If any of your items are on backorder, you will be contacted by a Customer Care Agent to determine the best delivery solution for you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Yes. When ordering online or via mail, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. Please be sure to enter the proper billing address associated to the credit card. For phone orders, simply notify the Customer Care Agent that you wish to ship your order to another address.

Orders being shipped to FPO and APO (military overseas) addresses are delivered via USPS. BLUESPRING is proud to offer free shipping to all APO and FPO addresses. We are happy to support our troops who bravely defend our country.

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to correct the shipping or billing address free of charge.

Sales tax is only charged on products delivered in Oklahoma. Sales tax is NOT charged on shipping charges.

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts air shipment of certain items, which it believes could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:

  • Aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray and shaving cream.
  • Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. DOT restricted products can only be shipped via ground delivery.
