What are BLUESPRING’s domestic shipping policies?

Standard shipping on any size order is calculated using real time rates based on the delivery address. This includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

What are BLUESPRING’s domestic shipping options?

Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

  • Delivery within 3-7 business days 
  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may take up to 14 business days.
  • Monday - Saturday delivery
  • Packages 1 lb and under will be delivered by First Class Mail

UPS Ground 

  • Delivers in 2-5 business days 
  • Monday - Friday delivery 
  • Available in select areas 
  • PO Box Delivery is not available for UPS deliveries

UPS 2nd Day Air 

  • Delivers in 2 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping 

UPS Next Day

  • Delivers in 1 business day 
  • Monday - Friday delivery 
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping

When will my order ship?

Domestic orders placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday will be packed and shipped the same day, pending verification of order information. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Where is my order shipping from?

To ensure fast and efficient shipping, all orders are packaged and shipped from our centrally located headquarters in Edmond, Oklahoma.

If one or more item is on backorder, when will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, you will be contacted by a Customer Care Agent to determine the best delivery solution for you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call 1-800-289-0589.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address.

How are orders shipped to FPO and APO addresses?

Orders being shipped to FPO and APO addresses are delivered via USPS. BLUESPRING is also proud to offer free shipping to all APO and FPO addresses. We are proud to support our troops who bravely defend our country.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Does BLUESPRING charge sales tax on shipping charges?

Sales tax is only charged on products delivered in Oklahoma. Sales tax is NOT charged on shipping charges.

I order the same products every month. Is there a way I can have the products automatically shipped to me?

Yes. With the convenience of our AutoShip Program, you can have your favorite products delivered to your doorstep at pre-selected intervals.

Are there any restrictions on Air Shipping?

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts air shipment of certain items, which it believes could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories: 

  • Aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray and shaving cream. 
  • Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover. 

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. DOT restricted products can only be shipped via ground delivery.
