Reduce Stress
First, eat right. You have to give your body the proper nutrition so it can function at it’s peak. Be sure to:

Adaptogens
are a natural plant substance that aids the body in combating and resisting
the
effects of stress. Adaptogens influence the body by keeping it at normal levels
and they work from both extremes. This means that whether the body is too nervous
or to tired, adaptogens work to bring it back to a calm, “normal” state. Adaptogens

L-Theanine -
is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. Studies have indicated the L-theanine

Research
