I received a phone call from a member of my church that
was in our first informercial concerning the Stress Free Formula. She
is 85 years old and is having a very stressful time keeping her husband
at home instead of placing him in the nursing home as he has Alzheimers,
and is bed ridden. They have no children, and he is all she has, (except
for the church family) and have been married over 60 years, so as you
can imagine they are very close... one of the care givers told her she
needed to be on Prozac to help calm her down, but she didn't want to do
that, so Doris took her over about 6 or 7 Stress Free Formulas capsules
to try. She said when she got home from church yesterday, she just went
all
to
pieces,
and decided
to try Stress Free Formula, and in just a few minutes she felt much better
and calmed her down, she just couldn't believe it worked so good and so
quickly.

What is Stress?
Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life. But when you're unable to cope well with the stress in your life, your mind and body may pay the price.
How does Stress effect
your body?
When you encounter stressful situations your
hypothalamus, a tiny region at the base of your brain, sets off an alarm
system in your body. Through
a combination of nerve and hormonal signals, this system prompts your adrenal
glands, to release a surge of hormones:
- Adrenaline- increases your heart rate, elevates your blood pressure and boosts energy supplies.
- Cortisol- the primary stress hormone, increases glucose
(sugar) in the bloodstream, enhances your brain's use of glucose and increases
the availability of substances that repair tissues. Cortisol also curbs functions
that would be nonessential or detrimental in a fight-or-flight situation. It
alters immune system responses and suppresses the digestive system, the reproductive
system and growth processes. This complex natural alarm system also communicates
with regions of your brain that control mood, motivation and fear.
Seven Steps to Help
Reduce Stress
First, eat right. You have to give your body the proper nutrition so it can function at it’s peak. Be sure to:
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat Zinc and Magnesium rich foods (seafood, beans, grains)
- Get in your daily amounts of Vitamin A and Folic acid rich foods (dark greens,
orange juice)
- Include whole grain breads and cereals inyour diet
- Consume fresh fruit and vegetables
- Drink lowfat milk or soy milk
Try to Avoid: caffeine,
alcohol, sugar, salt, saturated fats. |
 |
Don’t skip breakfast. Breakfast helps to maintain steady blood-sugar levels throughout the day.
Exercise Regularly. Physical
is a great way to relieve stress. Exercise releases all the pent up energy
stress creates. Aerobic exercise is one of the best stress relievers, try brisk
walking, swimming, or riding a bike.. Try to aim for three 30 minute exercise
sessions a week.
Sleep. the
body needs to recharge and repair after a long day so be sure to get six to
eight hours of sleep.
Smile. Just
smiling makes you feel better and it makes you appear more confident and atractive
to others. Studies have shown that smiling actually helps in making you more
relaxed and calm.

Dear BLUESPRING,
I started playing golf about 5 years ago and enjoyed the
game when I was with a close friend or my brother. I avoided playing in
groups or tournaments because of the stress of worrying I was not good
enough to participate. A close friend of mine talked me into playing in
the Golf Channel "Viewer's Cup" in Pinehurst, North Carolina. He convinced
me it would be relaxing and fun. When I arrived at Pinehurst I was overcome
by stress. What was I thinking? Not only had I never played in a tournament,
but realized I was playing in my first tournament with film crews and
possible TV coverage. What could I do? I did not want to walk away and
admit defeat and humiliation without even playing, but I felt stressed
and concerned about not being good enough and publicly embarrassing myself.
I remembered I had a bottle of Stress Free by BLUESPRING and
how it had relieved my stress in the past. I decided this would be the
great test and I put it in my golf bag. About 30 minutes before we started
playing I took a Stress Free Formula capsule and started my first round
of golf at the famous Pinehurst Number 2. By the time the day was over
I
had taken
two more Stress Free Formula capsules and ended the day with a sense of
well-being and accomplishment. Did I come in first? No. It will take more
than Stress
Relief Formula for me to ever have a chance at coming in first. But I
didn't come in last either and I didn't embarrass or humiliate myself
in front
of
much more experienced golfers. Looking back, I can say I enjoyed the day
and the experience because of Stress Free Formula. I have told this story
many times hoping Stress Free Formula will help others have a great experience
just as it helped me on what was a very memorable day of my life. Thanks, William M. - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Dear BLUESPRING,
I was in a great deal of pain from an injury. As the pain
level increased, my body began to tense and tighten trying to tolerate the
pain. It seemed the more tense I became the higher the pain level would rise.
It was on an upward spiral. As I looked around for something that might help
I saw a bottle of Stress Free Formula and thought maybe,
just maybe, this could help. Of course I wanted the pain to stop but at that
point I was really just trying to stop the upward spiral. I took a Stress
Free capsule and a short time later I realized the tenseness had left my
body. I was relaxed. I was still in pain but the level had decreased to a
point of being tolerable. It helped me to manage the pain level without the
use of a narcotic or mind altering substance. It helped me to relax and still
keep my mind clear.
Thanks,
Sherry S. - San Diego, California

Ingredients
It's What's Inside That Counts!

Adaptogens
are a natural plant substance that aids the body in combating and resisting
the
effects of stress. Adaptogens influence the body by keeping it at normal levels
and they work from both extremes. This means that whether the body is too nervous
or to tired, adaptogens work to bring it back to a calm, “normal” state. Adaptogens
work in harmony with the body whether the source of the problem is physical,
chemical or environmental.
L-Theanine -
is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. Studies have indicated the L-theanine
stimulates Alpha brain waves which means it relaxes your mind, allowing better
focus without drowsiness.
Eleuthero was the first of the adatogenic plants studied by Lazarev. It has been found in studies to boost concentration and focus without the letdown than comes from caffeine. Eleuthero also boosts immunity. Studies in athletes have found that Eleuthero contributed to a boost in stamina and breathing capacity. A separate study also found increased fat burning in athletes, especially beginning athletes when taken for at least eight weeks.
Rhodiola - has been found to aid cognitive functions such as focus, attention, concentration, memory and mental sharpness. It also contributes to relieving occasional nervousness, nervous tension, and caused by everyday stress.
Schisandra -
has been indicated in studies to improve work performance, build strength and help to reduce fatigue. Schisandra stimulates the central nervous system without creating an excitatory effect. In other words it provides a mental boost without the jitteriness caused by caffeine.
Ashwagandha -
is rapidly rising in popularity for its adaptogenic properties. It carries
a reputation as an energy promoting while providing a disease-preventing
tonic. Ashwagandha may also have a mild sedative effect on the central
nervous. Preliminary studies indicate the herb helps to reduce the negative
effects of stress and treat anxiety and insomnia.

Research
A Russian scientist in the 1940s, Dr. Nicolai Lazarev, first discovered Adaptogens. Lazarev defined adaptogens as a plant the increases the body’s natural resistance to anxiety, stress, trauma or fatigue.
His studies were continued by Dr. Israel Brekhman who further refined his description to state adaptogens must:
- Be nontoxic and safe for ingestion by animals, including humans
- Increase the body’s nonspecific resistance by being stress-adapting
- Work to bring the body back to homeostasis i.e., maintain the internal stability of any dysfunctional body system
Their work went on to discover plants that filled this criteria and which systems in the body they worked with to return it to a state of normalcy.
