BLUESPRING 60-day Guarantee

All BLUESPRING products are such high quality that we back them with a 60-day guarantee. Customers may receive a replacement, exchange or refund (less shipping and handling fee) for any product within sixty (60) days of receiving without returning the item(s). This applies to a single item on a one time basis – it does not apply to multiples of the same item or repeat purchases.

For Emu Oil this applies to the trial size or 2 oz size only. Larger sizes of emu oil are priced for quantity purchase by repeat customers. These are final sale and not covered by the 60-day guarantee for initial use. For quantities over the limit, customers may return the items to our Distribution Center unopened and in good condition for a replacement exchange or refund (not to include shipping and handling).
